Our mint patch is getting a little rampant so this afternoon I culled a bunch of it and used it to marinate a leg of lamb. I also minced a handful and put it into some saffron and pea couscous. Lamb and mint are kind of a deadly-dull classic, but this was a nice tangent to the typical mint jelly and broiled chops.
For no apparent reason at all, while I was standing at the grill taking the temperature of the leg, my pants fell down. I looked around, but since everyone was in the house no one saw and I pulled them up again pretty quick.
